Cancellation & Salon Policy

Bravo Salon has a 48 hour Cancellation/Salon Policy on the Japanese Thermal Straightening and the Brazilian Keratin Straightening Treatments. We do require a deposit when scheduling these lengthly appointments that are committed.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on hair color and haircut appointments. If you must cancel please do so within the 24 hours or we charge 50% of the service fee for canceling.

We require a credit card deposit on all Keratin or Japanese treatments or services as well as Day Spa services.
